I am making my way through the cookbook and haven't come across a recipe that wasn't wonderful! I can't get past page 77 where we keep finding ourselves going back time after time to make the families all time favorite, goat cheese ravioli with spinach and pancetta in a rich port wine sauce surrounded by pine nuts. Tonights dinner by the way and I can't wait!
