I REALLY wanted to like this book, but the first time I scanned through it, the first three recipes I read through thoroughly didn't list ingredients referred to in the preparation, called for outrageous cook times, etc. I'm not sure I'm unlucky enough to have found the only 3 out of the 1080 that have errors, so I'm very concerned about cooking from this book...

I bought this book on a whim, and I am very glad. To me it seems like a "Joy of Cooking" from Spain, there is a European quality to the recipes that I really like but my midwestern family find them just different enough to be fun. I like leafing through the book for ideas.
