Hassan M'Souli is the Executive Chef and owner of Out of Africa restaurant in Sydney. He has owned and operated 3 restaurants specializing in Moroccan cuisine. He had appeared on numerous television shows and has many articles written about his influence on the Australian food scene. He has been a finalist in Sydney's Best Restaurant Awards for the past six years.
