    First good slow cooker cookbook I have tried. The tarragon chicken was great, the baked eggplant and the bean soup were excellent and I'm looking forward to trying all of the recipes

    It's wonderful to have slow cooker recipes for dishes beyond the usual American bland stuff. I found the recipes easy to adapt to the small size cooker, too: half the amount of solid ingredients and nearly the full quantity of liquid.
