I own many baking books and this is far and away the best.It has directions for each recipe by hand,food processor or mixer with dough hook with precise directions how to form each one. every recipe i have tried and there have been many has been delicious.

There is such a hominess about this book. At the back of the book there is even a "baking day" schedule to prepare breads for the entire week. It reminds me of something my grandmother would have used. The recipes for the quick breads are outstanding.
